I registered for the weekly contest but I was wondering if the contest can only be attended between 2:30 - 4 AM UTC, or is there like a 24h window during which anyone can join and solve the problems within a limited time?

I'm asking because if every weekly contest starts at 2:30 AM UTC then there's no way I can ever attend, since I'm in Europe.
