Salary: 75k£ + 5k£ [car allowance] + bonus
Relocation/Signing Bonus: ???
Stock bonus: Have to buy

I am shifting countires, hence I was wondering what all benefits I am open to asking?
I am thinking a relocation package which involes the flight ticket, temporary housing and a bonus to handle initial expenses.

Is this okay interms of UK job market?
