Few questions regarding Technical Interviews
  1. In Technical Interviews do Interviewers give us access to an IDE or non-IDE environment?

  2. For non-IDE environments, Do we have to write fully functioning codes that runs without any errors on IDEs?

  3. For non-IDE environments, Ever happened to you that your Interviewer copied your code and ran into an IDE?

  4. For IDE environments HARD problems, is it okay to perfectly explain the optimal approach but couldn't be able to run the final code?

Thank you guys!
