A bit stuck on which offer to take, looking to get into FAANG in a year or so, Optum is full remote to let me leetocde more, while Factset is hybrid. However I wanted to see which company feeds more into FAANG and how well known is Factset. Both pretty similar TC, but it seems like Optum pays a bit more as you stay longer than Factset.
