Hey guys I am a CSE student of 2021 batch currently placed in a service based company. I am consistent in LeetCode and have seen people getting good packages by giving interviews offcampus and posting on LeetCode.

I just wanted to ask how do you people apply for the companies?

I have been applying for companies through their job portal. Even asked for referrals but getting only limited calls.

My question can be bit childish but till now I have just appeared for 2 interviews in 10 months for Airtel and Dell for SDE-1 role (Could not clear last round in both).

I have worked hard but being a tier 4 guy dont have much knowledge how other tier -3/4 guys end up getting 4-5 offers with few months.

Can anyone throw some light on how do you people apply so that I can move towards the right direction.
