Hello everyone,
I could secure myself a good offer from Amazon. I also hold a few offers from tier 2 companies. TBH I wanted to work for a FAANG company in my life.

I was super excited about getting an offer from them but after reading Amazon's "Hire To Fire" policy, its toxic culture, PIP culture and all hate speech on reddit etc. I got a bit scared :/

Amazonians and others, please suggest if the online comments are just specific teams, some unhappy employees or is it really TRUE?

Is working there as effortsome as interview struggle?
