For those of you who are currently employed and using LeetCode to prepare for FAANG interviews, how are you getting your interviews?

Are you simply applying to the public hiring portals of each company or are you using something more targeted?

For students about to graduate I know companies actively recruit on-campus, but what about those already out of college and looking to get into a FAANG?
