I'm currently working at one of the best Saas startup in India and I recently recieved offer from Amazon.
I heard too much about amazon wlb and Pip things. So gets confused about the decision for should I join amazon. If any one can help me with some good insight then it would be great. If I talk about ctc diff then probably major diff in stocks only as in current org i don't have any stocks but amazon is generally giving. One more thing I want to know about it 'Is Amazon transitioning toward parmenant WFH' as I read blog from ceo saying if director approve then you can get it.
