Education: B.Tech CSE from NIT\nExp: 1.4yrs\nOffers: 15L from an MNC and 25L from fintech indian startup. (both are base, no ESOPs and variable)\n\nI got the offer from an MNC of 15L and then I resigned from my job. Today I got an offer of 25L from an indian startup but I am more interested in joining MNC since it has a good Work life balance and has the same tech stack that I am currently working. \n\nI want to work with MNC with 25L, please tell me how to negotiate with them since my last working day is approching.
