I have an auditory processing disorder that means it's a bit hard for me to understand/remember instructions if they are recited to me vs if I'm seeing it written down. This doesn't affect my work life so much because i'm taking notes constantly during meetings etc.
I have a Microsoft onsite in a few weeks. Can I ask my recruiter ahead of time if my interviewers could specifically give me a typed out version of the question for me to be able to read, instead of them just saying the question on the teams call?
Should I worry about this and reach out to my recruiter to ask about this specifically or can i ask my individual interviewers to write out the question and it wouldn't come off bad?
Or do i just take notes during the meeting and ask for clarification multiple times if i didn't understand when they were saying the question definition?
