Dear community,

I finished the phone interview with Amazon 1 month ago, did not hear from the recruiter ever since, I'm assuming I failed that round although I solved the 2 questions they asked. Is it normal that candidates who fail gets ghosted inn amazon recruiting process?

I trie to reach out the recuiter 2 times after 2 weeks, did not get a response...Is there anyway to get some feedback for improvement?
