Hi @leetcode community, \n\nI attended the hiring event on February 25 and heard back from recruiter that my feedback is positive and stated as strong candidate. \nBut due to no team match i have been in pool with no offer for a month and still the situation is same. irrespective of clearing the interview, i might not make it through. The recruiter is also trying to get a team match for me, but alas no luck till now :(\n\nwhen i interviewed i knew that i wasnt a right match because the team which interviewed me was completely frontend, but i am backend person. \n\nThese are my tech skills \nSkills\nProgramming Languages: Java, Python\nSoftware and Framework: Spring Boot, MySQL, Apache Kafka, Google Cloud Platform, MongoDB, Python Flask\nTools: JIRA, Google Analytics, MySQLWorkbench, Metabase, Figma, MixPanel, WebEngage, Typeform\n\nFolks at microsoft, kindly help me out. How do i sort this issue? If there is any team match in Canada/US region or Europe region kindly reach out to me and help me with a team match. \n\nHoping to make the interview clearing worthwhile \n
