I am done with all the rounds of Microsoft and received an email asking about my details. I have few questions for which I am seeking answers here before I reply them:

1. What will be the expected band and salary range that is generally offerred to Engineering Managers?
2. I do not hold any offer in hand as on date. But all rounds for one more company is done and they are working on the offer, which is 50% more than my current CTC. Shall I wait for that offer before I reply to Microsoft or shall i simply write the details of the expected CTC from the other company?
3. I have heard Microsoft doesn't generally negotiate. To which extent this statement is true?
4. Any other pointers that can be of help to me?

PS: I would share my offer details as soon as I receive it / whether or not I accepted..
