I have accepted the offer letter, signed and all that. There are still 23 odd days in my joining date.

However, I realised that there are some financial burden on the family and upcoming stock vest of my current company will be a huge relief. However, I am leaving just a month before that.

I honestly informed my HM and recruiter that I had some pre planned  responsibilities and planned travel (which is also true due to which I requested an extension in joining. I honestly clarified the recruiter about my situation and the financial burden and how the stock vest can help me. I confirmed that I don't have other intentions and I am committed to join Apple.

She acknowledged that, thanked me for being honest and said she will discuss and get back.

I really need extension of 20-25 business days as that will immensely help me in this burden.
Can I expect it from Apple
