Hi all,\n\nI have offers from Arcesium and Meesho with almost similar compensation.\nThe base for both of them is similar. Apart from that Meesho offers 3 Lakh joining bonus + 14 Lakh esop which can be vested over 4 years. Whereas Arcesium is offering 2 Lakh joining bonus + 12 Lakh Fixed long term incentives over 4 years (3 lakh each year).\n\nCan anyone suggest which offer I should accept keeping in mind the growth, learning opportunities and work life balance.\n\nRole - SDE-1\nExperience - 1 Year.\n\nThanks.
