Do recruiters in USA/Canada pay higher salaries to candidates with a Masters degree?
I'm a candidate with Bachelors Degree in India. Lets assume I have the same work experience(same company & same profile) compared to an other candidate, who has done their MS in CS in USA/Canada. Will they be offered higher compensation compared to me?
