Hi Leetcoders,

I have around 5 years (4 years 9 months to be precise) of experience in Application Development using C++.

The opportunity (for which I was interviewed at MS) is related to cloud technology which is completely different from my current work.

From one of the recruiters, I got to know that the offer was for level L61.

Is it really worth to sacrifice YoE for the opportunity? I have seen many people to reach L62 with 5 YoE.
