Hi All,\nI am getting SDE-II at Mindtickle and SDE-I at Microsoft. But Microsoft said that I may be promoted to SDE-II in a year or so, depending on my performance.\n\nI don\'t know why I am still slighlty confused. Please help me out.\n\nI know the learning curve would be good at Mindtickle but Microsoft has brand value.\n\nThe base pay is more at Mindtickle than Microsoft but the overall pay isn\'t much different. \n\nAs much as location is concerned, Pune is Banglore without traffic. But I am saying this because I know Kharadi in Pune. But the office location of Mindtickle is Baner (which is not that good as Kharadi I believe).\n\nWhat shall I choose? Please leetcode community help me out.
