Hi,\n\nThis may seem very stupid but - Need advice since it\'s my first job switch after 3.5 years,working in the same company. I currently have an offer from Company A and have cleared Company B & C\'s interviews,received a verbal offer and sent my documents over to them(since a week). \nCompany A wants me to accept the offer in 5 days and I haven\'t even negotiated since I got a 40% on my Fixed and didn\'t have any competing offers in hand. How much time do companies usually give?\nAnd would it be fine if i accept the offer from company A, and then once i get better offers from B/C, accept those and re-negotiate with A?\n\nAnd once i start serving notice after accepting any offer, is it fine to continue applying for jobs & looking for better opportunities till the last day?
