Hi, Leetcode community,\n\nI need your suggestion/advice to choose between a service-based company and a product-based company (startup) with the same CTC package (Not offered stock options).\n\nI am currently working as Software Engineer in a service-based company. Recently I got an offer from a startup, So I send a resignation letter to my current employer. Now, the HR of my current employer is offering me a counteroffer with the same CTC and the projects I wished to work on.\n\nNow, it makes me confused to choose in between. Has anyone here faced a similar kind of situation?\nIf yes, how did you handle the situation?\n\nIf I choose to stay, there would be any politics played with me in my current company?\n\nAny kind of suggestion/advice/experience will be appreciated.
