i worked with L&T Tech Services for 2 years 8 months. I had signed a bond for 3 years 6 months. Now after leaving the company, they are asking for 5 lakh for settlement and providing the experience letter.

Please help in this regard how i can resolve this. I tried negotiating but they are irresponsive.
