Google interview questions are not like the ones on LeetCode?

Hi guys,

This is not a post about my Google experience. I havn't had my google interviews yet so if you came here for that - sorry this post is not about that.

YOE: little less than 1.5 years
Interviewing for: L3 SWE

Backgroud/context:
I have my first google phone interview in about 3 weeks. I am super excited and nervous at the same time. Google has been my dream company for so long. A google recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and I couldn't believe it because I did not go to any top university, don't have an amazing GPA and I currently don't work at a top tech company. Anyways, I was shook and honestly still am!

Question:
I started doing LeetCode questions and reading a lot of discussions about Google. I have read so many times that a lot of Google interview questions are not like any questions people have done or seen on Leetcode. That makes me really nervous. Any insights on this? Are the leetcode questions at least similar? Are the Google questions a lot more complex? Is there a better way to prep for Google interviews other than leetcode if their questions are so different?

From what I read I feel like Google questions are a lot more like word problems that you have to convert to a question you have seen before. Is that true? I am not very good at word problems. Anyone know any resources I can use to practice doing word problem type of interview questions?

I have 3 weeks but I'm getting really nervous should I ask my recruiter if I could have more time?

Thank you
Thank you for taking the time to read this and all the responses are greatly appreciated! :)
