The numbers are not making sense, it appears frequency may be time-based? (I've included the actual frequency numbers for capital one in red)

It doesn't appear to be a collective of companies-based. For instance, the first Rhombus question, no other company would ask this question.. only capital one. Other questions have many companies asking them.
