I have got an on campus offer in Accolite Digital SDE (Intern+FTE) and Phonepe SRE Intern. The compensation for Accolite is 11LPA (8CTC + 3L RETENTION BONUS). The compensation for Phonepe after PPO conversion will be 20+LPA (14L base + stocks + bonus). The PPO will be totally performance based. The role for accolite is SDE and the role for phonepe is SRE. I am confused that which one should I opt Accolite or Phonepe?. Please suggest?
