I have received the confirmation from my google recruiter that my application packet for Application Engineer L3 has been approved by HC but due to low headcount my application is on hold before it can be processed further offer stage.

he also mentioned in a call to me that there is nothing to worry as he expects headcount to open again by Jan end or Feb middle.

but this really is stressful. I do not know what is going on inside. today I also informed him that I would like to see other locations within EU as well if there is a fit for me.

is anyone facing s situation? any advice or input will be appreciated.
