I have completed the Amazon Online Assessment a few days back.

And I have just received an email for the "next steps", basically the email is saying that my recruiter is out of office and will follow up with next steps after they are back. Which is very undersandable since it is hoilday season.

What I would like to know is the word "next steps". I am not a native english speaker so I am confused on the word "next steps". Does it means I pass the online assessment and can move on, or does it means I need to wait till they are back to know whether I passed or not?

In case that matter, my application is still in the "Under Consideration" category.

Anybody have similar experience? Thanks.
