Just wondering, I heard that if someone fails google intern interview, Google usually keep records of it, and if they apply again in a year as intern/ new grad, the chances of getting that interview is extremely higher. Microsoft on the other hand doesn't do that.

I was wondering, do companies like Facebook, amazon etc follow the same where if you fail for the first time, your chances of getting interviews are lot higher?
