An Amazon recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn a week ago for the role of SDE-1. I also want to apply.
And one more recruiter reached out to me via mail last month.

I wanted to ask whether I should apply directly or ask someone for referral and then apply.
How much time does it take in both the process??
