Anyone had any experience with a hiring manager round after doing their onsite? I initially did an onsite with a team and I feel like I didn't do so well in 1 of the 4 rounds. After the onsite the recruiter let me know that they wanted to do an additional round (but I didn't get to do it as interviewers were not available then the position got filled). Got emailed for a different team and a quick chat with a hiring manager. Will I have to do another full set of onsites after? What does the chat with the hiring manager typically consist of? They said no coding exercises/questions.
