How accurate is the execution time from submission to submission. I ask because I removed an extraneous line of code and my execution time went up. Is execution time accurate and reproducable? I can find out by submitting the same thing 100 times and seeing the results, but I am wondering if someone else aready has?

Secondly, is the graph comparing you versus others considers every language or just your language?
