I got selected in Tekion for Automation QA role with 3.5 yoe and 7.1 current CTC. I have a counter offer for 14. I asked 18 in Tekion they said it's not possible as it is more than 100% hike in my current CTC. So they will reduce it and add some bonuses and stock options. Is it a reasonable salary for Tekion standards? hoe can i negotiate further.
