Can I be disqualified because I used the wrong language?

I just had an interview with Docusign for a front end position. At the end of the interview the interviewer said "You will hear back from the interview in a couple of days". I've been interviewing for a while and knew what that meant.

The phone interview was pretty chill. First half was behavorial and second was a coding challenge was implement palindrome.

Coming into the coding challenge I selected Python since it was a coding challenge. The interviewer said in a rude mannar, "I don't know why you are choosing Python and not JavaScript" since it was a front end position. Then later the second time, "But I don't know why Python".

I think it really was the case and I thought that she was super rude.

EDIT:
Sucks how you don't get any feedback for interviews. I thought about it more I think I came off with a bad vibe, since I was giving unthoughtful answers for the behavorial part. It must have come off as someone who doesn't treat things seriously and disrespectful.

But this is my first time interviewing in a while :(
