I don't have to tell anybody who has ADHD how hard it is to sit down and actually write down the solution once you have it figured out in your head, but it sometimes feels impossible when you're doing it front of somebody else, at least it does to me.
Has anybody, who has also been diagnosed with ADHD (even if you're self-diagnosed, because I know there is still a lot of stigma associated with mental illness in many parts of the world) found a method to cope with this? Like a technique, or a trick?
The high road of grinding hasn't worked for me so far and some 200 problems later on this platform I will still find myself completely stumped when implementing something as easy as fibonacci in front of a complete stranger, although I can literally type the O(n) solution in my sleep (or longest common subsequence, or much of the commonly asked crap here).
