I recently got a faang recruiter reach out to me. I scheduled an interview but had to reschedule it by 2 weeks. But the scheduler and recruiter both doesn't answer mails anymore or go ahead with the rescheduling (asking for a week).

Is this normal? What should I interpret from this?
