I had 3 rounds of virtual onsite interviews on 28th October, 2021. I haven't heard back since. The recruiter doesn't respond to any of my follow up emails. It's been almost 3 weeks now. Does this mean that I have been rejected ? Also, are there only 3 onsite rounds for google this time ?
