Hi guys, I'm part of late stage startup.
The company is good culture wise, and growing very quickly, one of the fastest growing startups in India.
The problem is, few people left the company since it is/was hectic.
I joined this summer and I still don't understand many things, my manager wants me to learn on the go and it's taking me time when some bugs arise to resolve them.
There is enough documentation about the services that my team manages, but the problem is that documentation itself will take a lot of time to go through.
On top of this, the company has lot of propritory tech, anything can happen at any layer. Going case by case right now whenever a situation arise.
Almost the entire team is new.
How do I become a productive member of the team?
