Hello Everyone, I am kinda new to LeetCode and kinda coding interviews. Unfortunately even though I have 12 YOE experience I have been lazy with my self study and education. Unfortunately I got confortable with my current job and with them for 10 years now. I have job stablity with them but paywise I am still in 100K (CAD) range. I mainly worked on bank/insurance java backend projects and have leadership exp as well. I understand that I have wasted 10 years on less salary or self education side but I have also gained very good experience in SDLC, project management and coding as well.

I have started taking my career more carefully now and looking at options. I am canadian citizen and open to find work either in US or Canada. My current target is to look for atleast 150K + extra at my new job. If I can get USD all better :). I have given myself atleast 6 months to prepare and will be staying up to date instead of getting comfortable at a job.

I do have one FAANG interview lined up in next 2 week which will be very hard for me as it will be my first interview in 10+ years. I am feeling overwhelmd regarding preparation for the interview as this will be my first CS-algorithm related interview. I am readying a lot on leetcode and try to consume as much as possible.

I do have few qustions as well.
Are US companies acceptings application/resumes from Canadian devs? How can i check if they can provide me TN visa forms if needed? What is the best way to apply in US jobs?
Currently I am only applying to Canadian companies but market seems to be limited (also I dont want to start applying as i am pretty sure I am not 100% ready and might fail interviews).
