I had my Google Phone screen round for SDE-1 on 15th of this month. Can anyone tell me how much time does it take to hear back from them?
My interview went well according to me, but I still haven't recieved any communication from them. Does this mean a rejection?

UPDATE: Seems my recruiter was on leave and hence couldn't provide the feedback. A different recruiter reached out to me and informed that I will have my onsite rounds scheduled in 2weeks!!
