I have been told by various senior folks, coding bootcamp owners and FAANG employess that you can't directly take a jump to FAANG for SDE roles since you have a QA experience(4+ yrs).

I humbly ask the community here if FAANG open roles for 0-3 years of experience. Am I not eligible to apply to these roles?

I just can't digest the fact that it is not possible. Could someone please help me with sharing a preparation strategy or similar transition stories which give some positive hope or motivation.
