• Usually compensation posts have anonymity which makes it difficult to discern the level/rank of the OP on Leetcode.
• As a fresher, we have no metric for comparison against people placed at dream companies.
• If the Compensation template had rating mentioned as well, it would help a lot of people understand where they stand and how much do they need to improve.
• It would still maintain the anonymity while also helping out the community.

Hoping that Leetcode implements this and it helps a lot of other people like me :)
