I know the stock market can make you rich by day trading or being invested for a long time. But have anyone of you made a fortune by vesting the stock options provided by your employer ? If possible can you give any example ? Can stocks be worth an amount which can never be matched by the monthly salary ? I ask these question only to motivate me and fellow engineers to understand the significance of stocks.
