How do companies manage their recruitment. Do they interview everyone and make a final decision or if a candidate is chosen and offer provided do they still go ahead with interviews with other candidates even though they are a waste of time?
Personally when I conduct interviews I don't make decisions until I have conducted all interviews.

Reason I'm asking: I have an on-site with a company this week and the job posting disappeared so a little worried.
