I am looking for some advice from the people who have been through LinkedIn's interview process or currently working at LinkedIn. So whenever you get a chance please have a look and reply.

So far I have close to 4 yrs of experience as an automation engineer and I am preparing to get a job at LinkedIn. The problem is I am not having industry level development projects under my belt. Could you please share your views if this can become a problem in my selection? How much weightage is given on a project discussion and the standard of the project one has done?

I can prepare personal projects will that be good enough?
