Hi Leetcode Community \n\nI have about 2 years of experience at Amazon-India. I started feeling like to prepare for key-impact companies in terms of technology. So in the process I was thinking how I will be able to get an invite call to attend the interviews.\n\nI was only aware of going to careers page and asking some random linkedin person working there for a referral. Sometimes recuriters may reach out (interested to hear about this point) and other possible ways.\n\nIt would be great help if someone shares their experiences. \n\nSome of my questions if you can give suggestion apart from your experience:\n> Do you feel it is necessary to do MS/M.Tech in key technologies to get a chance?\n\n> Contribution to open source parallel to current job can be a way?\n\n> Grind leetcode, showcase on linkedIn for recruiters to reach out? (not exactly leetcode any other ways to attarct?)\n\n> Doing courses and projects over online to showcase (not sure their impact, knowledge-wise yes they make some difference)\n\nThank you \n
