I am looking for some advice and have posted about the same in various forums but haven't got much help. So whenever you get a chance please have a look and reply.

So far I have close to 4 yrs of experience as an automation engineer and I am looking to explore career opportunities as a Developer(Backend). The problem is I am not confident enough that my resume will get shortlisted for dev roles. The more I will delay, the more it will become hard for me to make a transition. Could you please share your views as to how I can modify and present my profile in interviews for dev roles?

Also because of the automation profile, I don't have development projects to show my work. So in most of sde1/2 interviews my resume is not getting shortlisted. What can I do to solve this problem because I am losing good opportunities because of this.
