I noticed something weird today!

The votes on the top posts keep changing drastically. I am new to Leetcode but just want to know if this really happens or if this guy is faking it.

Initially, I noticed that his votes were 4 out of some 485 views. 5 minutes later, it shot up to 8. Then 9 and now, its at 11 within a matter of a few minutes.
