Hi Leetcoders,

Can anyone please tell me why atleast for Phone Interview Google asks so tough questions. Some of the questions on discuss posts seriously blows off my mind. Why they tend to ask questions that are of CP level and not much similar to Leetcode ? My 2 cents is atleast for Phone Interview it should be kept simple.
