I would really like to understand what kind of examples would count as innovation. Because apparently my example of removing a third party library and implementing an in-house solution in its place was not well taken. The counter question was "How this is an innovation?". And my exact answer was that since this dint exist before it can be considered as an innovative idea. I would love to hear teh thoughts about this.
