Hi Leetcode,

I am very curious to know how solution to problem "Generate Random Point in a Circle" is verified especially the uniform distribution part ?

P.S. - I don't have leetcode premium. So if it is mentioned in the solution, then can someone please explain that here for everyone's benefit ?
