I was recently asked this question in a real interview at an enterprise level Seattle company

My answer was -
As long as the culture is preserved, and long-term growth is sustained for the organization and at a personal level, I'll be happy because that is a win-win situation.
I enjoy opportunities to take the lead or work on different areas of the product whether it is frontend or backend, because I can show my potential.
I love getting consistently challenged in ambitious projects that pushes me to stretch and grow
